Shipping policy

Processing time: 1-2 days. 
Please allow up to 2 business days from receipt of payment to ship your items off. Most of the time we get parcels shipped off the next business day, however, we need to consider busy periods, so delays may occur. Standard postage times apply. Please be aware that there are some delays due to the impacts of COVID-19.

Standard Aus Post tracked: Flat rate $5
Express Aus Post: Flat rate $10

Free Express shipping in Australia for orders over $100

Local Pick Up:

Local pick-up is available at our market stall. Burleigh Farmers Market is held every Saturday 6am-12pm at the Burleigh Heads School grounds. Please bring a receipt of your purchase and email us ASAP to ensure we have your order ready for collection!

 

Lost, delayed and damaged items:
We are afraid that we cannot claim responsibility for lost or delayed items once shipped. Issues with these can be lodged via Australia Post.

Change of mind returns are not accepted, nor are damages related to misuse or maltreatment- please see the Care section on our main page for details on how to extend the longevity of your pieces.
